Our service consists of live, phone-based agents who assist customers in processing payments toward their existing utility accounts (electricity and natural gas). We act as a payment facilitation intermediary — we are not a utility company, energy broker, or government-affiliated service of any kind.

By accessing our website or calling (833) 611-5308 or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, agree to be bound by them and our Privacy Policy, understand we are an independent third-party service, and consent to our service fee structure as disclosed before any transaction.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You may contact your utility provider directly to make payments at no additional cost.

Green Energy Gas Hub operates entirely independently. Any reference to utility service types on this website is made only to help customers describe the type of account they need help with — not to imply any affiliation, partnership, or endorsement with any provider.

Green Energy Gas Hub charges a service fee for agent-assisted utility bill payment facilitation. Our fee policy:

• Full Disclosure Before Payment: Our service fee is communicated clearly to you before any payment is processed. You will never be charged without being informed first.
• Consent Required: By proceeding after being informed of the fee, you explicitly authorize that charge.
• Fee Separate from Bill Amount: Our service fee is charged in addition to your actual utility bill payment amount.
• Direct Payment Option: You may always pay your utility bill directly through your provider at no additional cost. Our service is entirely optional.

2. Our agent collects necessary account information to identify your utility account
3. Our agent confirms your outstanding balance and discloses our service fee
4. With your explicit verbal consent, we process your utility payment securely
5. A reference confirmation number is provided to you as proof of payment
6. Your payment is applied to your utility account (timing may vary by provider)

Green Energy Gas Hub is not responsible for delays by utility providers in applying payments. See our Refund Policy for eligible refund situations.

• Provide accurate and complete account information to our agents
• Ensure you are authorized to make payments on the utility account in question
• Not use our service for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes
• Understand that you remain responsible for ensuring your utility bill is paid on time
• Contact us promptly if there are any discrepancies with your payment

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Green Energy Gas Hub shall not be liable for delays by utility providers in posting your payment, service interruptions or disconnections by your utility provider before payment is posted, any indirect or consequential damages, inaccurate balance information provided by your utility company, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the service fee amount paid for that specific transaction.

While we strive to process all payments quickly and accurately, Green Energy Gas Hub does not guarantee the exact time your utility provider will post the payment, that a payment will prevent a scheduled disconnection in all cases, or continuous uninterrupted availability of our phone service.

We always recommend also contacting your utility provider directly if you have an urgent disconnection situation.

You agree NOT to use our services to process payments for accounts you are not authorized to pay, engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submit false or misleading information to our agents, or violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws.
